1:1 YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS

Private yoga therapy sessions are driven by your personal goals. You may seek the support of yoga therapy for a variety of reasons: to promote mental or emotional resiliency, chronic pain care, to deepen your existing practice, and even to find more joy in life. I meet you where you are and build sessions around your abilities, knowledge, experiences, and interests. This means sessions are fluid and can change overtime.

The first session begins with an initial intake and assessment, which allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and concerns. Before the session, you'll fill out an intake form to outline of your past and present physical and emotional state. At the start of the first session, we will review the form to ensure I have a comprehensive picture of your unique situation. In some cases, I will also conduct a postural assessment during the first session. This assessment helps me better understand your body's alignment. By understanding your posture and movement patterns, I can further tailor your treatment plan to address your needs.

I will regularly check-in with you and adapt your therapy protocol, making necessary adjustments based on your feedback. Any practices that are not providing the desired results will be eliminated, and new ones will be introduced as your goals evolve.

Following Sessions | 60 minutes | $96

  • Talk through progress and experience to modify & build on original protocol

  • Discuss current and future goals

  • Work through protocol practices together

3 Session Package | $260

5 Session Package | $420

group yoga therapy series

Small group classes, offered in 6-8 week series, offer a safe space to build community while focusing on a shared topic or goal.

These sessions are a great way to build community with others who are also looking to connect more deeply with themselves: together.

Currently offered by request only. The sessions may include topics such as rest, recovery & sobriety, anxiety management, and pain relief. Have an idea? Let’s talk!

Virtual Yoga therapy classes
