I am a trauma informed certified yoga therapist. I offer one on one and group yoga therapy sessions. Using mindfulness, movement, and other yoga practices, I help clients incorporate more contentment and ease into their daily lives.

The relationship we have with pain, trauma, stress, or overwhelm can take us out of our bodies and disrupt our regulation systems. Yoga calls us back in. Together we’ll explore nourishing practices that lead to greater wellbeing.

 

My role as a yoga therapist is to guide you through a process of self-study. This process is about curiosity rather than judgment; imagine looking at your self-regulation techniques through a new lens. I help you rediscover your natural wellbeing through intentional movement, rest, meditation, breathing, and other techniques.



Yoga is more than just doing physical poses (asana). It is a multi-faced, ancient discipline that helps us find internal peace and stillness. It brings us back home, and reminds us that we can find healing within.

OFFERINGS

One on One Private Yoga Therapy Session

These sessions are driven by the personal goals of the client. A client may seek the support of a yoga therapist for a variety of reasons: support managing anxiety or depression, chronic pain care, nervous system regulation, and even finding more joy in life.

Small Group Yoga Therapy Sessions

Small group sessions offer a safe space to build community while focusing on a shared topic or goal. *Also available for corporate teams and social groups.

Virtual Yoga Therapy Classes
